Men’s Event – Professionals
New in 2010:
The entry fee for Minnesota PGA members is $200 ($275 for non-Section pros). All Class A and B member of the Minnesota Section PGA are eligible to register for the 2010 Tapemark Charity Pro-Am.
A list of players with automatic exemptions can be seen below. All registered professionals who are Section members and non-exempt are eligible to play in the Tapemark Qualifier, to be held Tuesday, May 25th at Southview Country Club. The qualifer is an 18-hole stroke play event, with the top 10 finishers (no ties) receiving an exemption in the 2010 Tapemark. To play in the qualifier, you must register for the Pro-Am and pay the entry fee. There is a $100 non-refundable fee to play in the Qualifier. Again, the Qualifer is open only to MN Section members.
Also new for pros in 2010: If you are playing in the 2010 Tapemark and you are able to get 2 new amateur golfers into the event, we will waive your professional entry fee. Again, the amateurs must not have played in 2009 to be eligible for this refund.
NOTE:
If you are not a member of the MN Section and are not listed as Exempt below, you must request a Sponsor’s Exemption to play in the tournament. Submit a request with a short playing bio to phil@tapemarkgolf.org, and we will consider your request. Please note, we have a limited number of these exemptions to offer.
