Qualifying for the Tapemark Charity Pro-Am went four extra holes today before the final ten golfers earned their place in the years second major championship. Twenty-two professionals competed for ten spots at Southview Country Club in West St. Paul. As the head golf professional at Southview Country Club, Phil Anderson works incredibly hard to make sure each Tapemark Charity Pro-Am is a huge success. But that dedication doesn’t end when the tournament finishes. This winter Anderson continued a tradition he began the minute he got his head pro job.

On Sunday, the 2009 Tapemark Charity Pro-Am was coming down to its last few holes at Southview Country Club in West St. Paul, and a playoff between Jeff Sorenson and Adam Wynia seemed imminent. They had traded the lead several times all day, and came into their final two holes tied at 15-under par.
